John F. Jaeger

Mr. Jaeger has been the Owner and President of the DANAC Corporation, including all its properties and subsidiaries, since he purchased the company in 1986. Since that time Mr. Jaeger has been managing the affairs of DANAC.

In his 40 years in the real estate business, Mr. Jaeger successfully opened and managed the Washington, DC mortgage banking office for Citibank, co-founded the firm of Cassidy, Jaeger & Pinkard and led DANAC to become a major real estate developer in the region.
DANAC currently owns and manages in excess of one million square feet of retail, offices and distribution properties, located on the East Coast from Boston to Florida.
Mr. Jaeger is a graduate of Gettysburg College with a Business Administration degree and is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. He is a trustee of Gettysburg College and active in the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.

Eugene A. Carlin, Jr.

Mr. Carlin has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, management and development. He oversees the marketing, management and leasing of DANAC’s 1.5 million square foot portfolio. Currently, he is working on the development of the DANAC Stiles Corporate Campus, a 369,000 square foot office project in Rockville, Maryland. He is a past President of the Suburban Maryland/DC Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP) and currently serves on its Board of Directors. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

Benjamin Stonestreet

Mr. Stonestreet has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential construction management. He has been responsible for managing the construction of several large projects, notably, the Ronald Reagan Building located in Washington, DC, and Rockville Town Square, a complex mixed-use project. He has extensive experience in managing specialized government projects, including public/private partnerships. Mr. Stonestreet has served on the Board of Directors for MSA and WBC, and is proactive with ABC and NAIOP. Prior to joining DANAC Corporation, he was a Senior Project Manager with The JBG Companies. Mr. Stonestreet received his BS from the University of Maryland in Civil Engineering/Project Management.

Douglas E. Bream
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bream is the Chief Financial Officer and a Vice President of DANAC Corporation. He is the lead for capital and debt-raising opportunities and refinancing. He oversees the accounting department and tax planning for new acquisitions, construction and the current portfolio. Prior to coming to DANAC, Mr. Bream was the CFO of E*Trade Global Asset Management, the Treasurer at TeleBank and a Senior Associate at KPMG Peat Marwick. He is a licensed CPA who graduated from William and Mary with a BBA in Accounting and has previously held multiple NASD brokerage licenses.

In November of 2001, Mr. Jaeger joined DANAC Corporation, where he is responsible for acquisitions and development. Recently, he led DANAC’s team in completing the Rockville Town Square project, totaling 644 residential units, 180,000 square feet of retail space and 2,000 parking spaces. From 1998 through 2001, Mr. Jaeger was an associate in the acquisitions group of Charles E. Smith Residential, where he underwrote and closed over $600 million of apartments in the Chicago, Miami, Boston and Washington, DC submarkets. Prior to his work at Charles E. Smith, Mr. Jaeger was in the asset management group of Oxford Realty Financial Group. Mr. Jaeger holds a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance from Boston College and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
